purchase and payment
All merchandise can be purchased through PayPal via our shopping cart.  We will send you a confirmation of your purchase if your email is provided.  Unfortunately, Blue Easel Designs will not be accepting cash or checks for payment.  Credit card purchases through PayPal is our primary form of payment at this time.

special orders
Due to the cost of materials or difficulty in obtaining the exact materials for production, some items are available by special order only.  A special order item can be ordered simply by emailing us, and a price will be quoted.  Pricing of special order items may take several days because we always endeavor to use the highest quality materials with the lowest possible prices, thereby offering lower prices to our customers.  A down payment is required to reserve special order items.

sales tax
For purchases made in California, there is an 9.5% sales tax.

shipping
We send all our items via United States Postal Service within 2 days of ordering.  Orders totaling $100.00 and up will be sent United States Postal Service Priority Mail.  Shipping charges are as follows:

Order Total $0.01 - $29.99 $30.00 - $59.99 $60.00 - $89.99 $90.00 - $149.99 $150.00 and up

Shipping Charge $4.00 $6.00 $8.00 $10.00 $12.50

Once items are shipped, a delivery confirmation will be sent via email.

returns
Returns on online purchases are accepted if the item is in orginal condition with the tag intact.  Return requests must be made within 10 days of merchandise receipt.  Buyer pays for all shipping charges.  Special order items, sale items, earrings and all items purchased during a Street Festival are non-refundable.  Items damaged during delivery will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

We offer repair on all of our products.  Please contact us for more information.  Also, more information on jewelry care can be found in our section on maintenance and repair.
